A nuclear future – a waste of time or no time to waste?

With more heat than light surrounding the discussion on radioactive waste and nuclear waste disposal in Australia today, we take a hypothetical look into the future to examine the issues, the possibilities and the challenges based on the science and the facts. Central to this discussion will be a consideration of the risk associated with each step in each activity. Do we know the risks? Can they be calculated? Can they be managed? Should we risk a nuclear future?

Conducted to coincide with the ARPS 2016 conference in Adelaide, join host Dr Paul Willis and guests Dr Roger Coates, Dr Sami Hautakangas, Professor Geraldine Thomas and Dr Marcus Grzechnik for this entertaining and informative evening exploring the risks of a nuclear future.
